Refund & Returns Policy

At RafaysMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Damaged or defective items are eligible for return or replacement

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return Contact us at rafaysmart.pk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order details
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (if damaged)

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for defective or wrong items delivered
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
